You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Startup Monk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including startup listings, profiles, reviews, comments, and portfolio items ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Startup Monk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit all User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, software, and all other content (excluding User Content), is the property of Startup Monk and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Startup Monk does not guarantee:
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any business, investment, or hiring decisions based on information found on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Monk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Startup Monk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any disputes.
